As far as I can see there are three main ways of getting to the Package Migration Wizard.

• On my PC I navigated to E:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\DTS\Binn and located the executable DTSMigrationWizard.exe
• In an SSIS project right click on the SSIS Packages folder and click on Migrate DTS 2000 Package
• In SSMS expand the Database Server, expand the Management folder and finally expand the Legacy folder. You should now see a folder called Data transformation Services and if you right click on that you can access the migration wizard from there.
